This service also includes inspection of related components such as brakes and suspension when relevant to the customer’s concern (for example, noises, vibrations, or drivability issues). Customer will receive a clear explanation of findings and recommended repair options. This service is intended for general vehicle issues where the source of the problem is not yet known.

Advanced diagnostic service focused on air conditioning system issues that require in-depth testing and extended troubleshooting time. This includes HVAC system performance evaluation, refrigerant system checks, electrical testing related to AC operation, and advanced scan tool analysis as needed. This service is recommended for vehicles with cooling or AC performance issues such as no cooling, weak airflow, intermittent operation, or system faults. A detailed explanation of findings and recommended repair solutions will be provided.

This service is recommended for vehicles experiencing electrical faults such as starting issues, intermittent power loss, warning lights, or system communication problems. A detailed explanation of findings and recommended repair solutions will be provided.

Full diagnostic

Vehicle lockout service is performed using professional lockout tools and techniques to gain entry without causing damage whenever possible. By requesting this service, the customer acknowledges that there is a small risk of incidental damage due to the nature of the service, especially on vehicles with faulty locks, damaged weather stripping, aftermarket accessories, or previous repairs. While every effort is made to avoid damage, certain vehicle designs or pre-existing conditions may increase the risk of minor damage during the unlocking process. By requesting this service, the customer acknowledges and accepts this risk.

* Proof of ownership or authorization to access the vehicle may be required before service is performed. *

Jump-start service is performed to assist in starting a vehicle with a discharged battery. A basic charging system voltage check may be performed after the vehicle is started; however, this service does not guarantee the condition of the battery, alternator, starter, or electrical system. If the vehicle fails to restart after being shut off, additional diagnostic service may be required. By requesting this service, the customer acknowledges that a jump start is a temporary solution and that underlying electrical or mechanical issues may still exist.

Tire service includes installing a temporary tire plug (when the puncture is safely repairable) and inflating the tire to the manufacturer's recommended pressure or replacing the flat tire with the vehicle's spare tire. Tire plugs are considered a temporary repair and may not be suitable for all punctures or tire damage. Tires with sidewall damage, large punctures, or unsafe conditions cannot be repaired with a plug and may require replacement. Additional fees may apply for additional tire repairs performed during the same service visit.

Replacement of front brake pads and rotors. Includes inspection of brake components, cleaning brake dust from calipers, and lubrication of caliper guide pins and contact points for proper operation.

Replacement of rear brake pads and rotors. Includes inspection of brake components, cleaning brake dust from calipers, and lubrication of caliper guide pins and hardware. Final price may vary depending on vehicle type and whether an electronic parking brake (EPB) system requires additional service steps.

Replacement of front and rear brake pads and rotors. Includes inspection of brake system components, cleaning brake dust from calipers, and lubrication of caliper guide pins and hardware.

Spark plug service includes removing and replacing worn spark plugs with new spark plugs according to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications. Service may include inspection of ignition components and verification of proper engine operation after installation. Additional labor or fees may apply for vehicles requiring removal of additional components for spark plug access, specialized procedures, or additional repairs identified during service.

Engine oil change service includes draining the old engine oil, replacing the engine oil filter, and installing new engine oil according to the vehicle manufacturer's recommended specifications. Service includes checking for proper oil level after replacement and inspecting for visible leaks or concerns related to the oil service. Additional fees may apply for vehicles requiring special oil specifications, additional oil capacity, aftermarket components, difficult filter access, or additional repairs identified during service.
